We provide our guests with only the finest traditional Amazigh cuisine. You will never forget the meals you eat with us! We are committed to using only fresh, local ingredients sourced almost entirely from our gardens and the surrounding community. If you have any special dietary needs, please let us know beforehand and we will happily accommodate them. All our rooms and tours include all meals, cooked by chef and co-founder Ahemd Achou.
